FAQ:

1. What I should do if using the sat nav for the first time?

A: Finish receiving GPS info from the “GPS Viewer”, until 3 Green bars are shown and ensure the status is “available”. Usually 5-30 mins to finish. Then read the user manual provided carefully before using, if you have any issues setting up the GPS, please enquiry.

2. How can I update the maps?

A: The GPS does not automatically update, you will need to go to our official website to download the maps update (Please see the User Manual), other software companies have no authorization to update. After the download is complete, you will get a RAR file. Unzip this and you will get the [NAVI] folder, then delete the original map in the GPS and copy the new map to the GPS, we advise you to backup the old map before updating in case of this new update failing.

3. Why doesn’t the postcode work? Why is the GPS is not accurate?

A: The common reason is that the GPS signal is weak or has no signal. Please test the GPS info during the first time using or reset the device. Use the GPS device in a empty place or somewhere with a strong signal etc, instead of at home, high building, remote area etc.

4. What is the battery life?

A: About 5-10 mins working if not charging. Therefore, we advise you to use the sat nav while charging. If the sat nav doesn’t work, please message to resolve the issue or ask for refund.

5. How to set the speed limits and speed unit?

A: Please ensure that the program language is set to English (UK) first. Then If you want to change km to m, go to setting: [Main menu–Navigation–Settings (tools icon)–Regional–Units and Formats–Distance] (Kilometers/Meters, Miles/feet, Miles/yards)

The speed limits: [Main menu–Navigation–Settings (tools icon)–Sound and Warnings–Speed Warning Settings] Warn when my speed is 100% of limit. It is recommended to set it to 100%.

6. How to use the Postcode search function?

A: Firstly, the postcode search is within “Find Address” (NOTE: If the postcode contains a space, such as “G43 1E8”, do not forget to enter a space, otherwise the search will not match.) [Menu–Navigation–Destination–Find Address–Select City/County–Enter Postcode]

Some Tips Attention:

Support FM broadcast, BUT NOTICE that FM not mean FM radio, but for transferring the GPS to your car. Please do not mistaken.
Please keep it plugged in when in use while the built-in battery is mainly for emergency, can only works for 5-10mins.
If were an old people, I think it is complicated for them to use. If were a young people, please read the user manual and description carefully, try more times to use, some settings will be remembered, or teach elderly how to use, finally we found it is easy to use, look like a mini iPad to touch.
It’s an offline navigation, it must work relying on GPS signal so please look for GPS signal from “GPS Viewer” at the first time use. We usually put POSTCODE search, choose “Find address” in “Destination”, then input the postcode in “Town”.
If the screen is with line or black or white, please message to issue a refund or ask for a brush software, no need to return.
