Important Tips:

1.Please keep the distance between the mobile phone and the watch no more than 10 meters. Beyond the distance, the connection will be disconnected.

2.Please bind the watch in app.Watch work needs to keep mobile app running in the background.

3.Scan the QR code on the instruction manual to download the APP or enter APP store to download “DA FIT” APP.

Q: What to do if I can’t get it to connect to my phone or always get disconnected?

For iPhone: Open the App–>Device–>bind device, then search and pair the device with your phone.

For Android: The first to open the mobile phone (settings), there will be a (application), the next step is to click (application start Management), find the app corresponding to the bracelet, turn off self-management, open allow background and allow self start.

If the Da Fit app can’t detect the watch, please restart your phone and also reset the watch (Turn on the watch–> Click the ”Settings” icon–> “reset”).

If you still can’t connect the watch, please uninstall the Da Fit app and also delete the “NK08C” from the paired list of your phone. Install the Da Fit app and try again.

Q: What to do if the watch doesn’t record my sleep?

1. Please check if the watch has been upgraded to the latest version.

Go to the Da Fit app–> Device–> Click the “Device Version”–> “Download and Upgrade the new version”.

2. Please restart the watch and wear it again the next day to check if there is a sleep record
