Q:What should I do if my watch won’t connect to my phone or keeps disconnecting?

1. Please check whether the wireless module of your device compatible with Bluetooth is turned on.

2. Please note that the maximum distance of you device compatible with Bluetooth is 8-10 meters. If the watch and the mobile phone are too far apart or there are large obstacles, the Wireless module will be disconnected and need to be reconnected.

3. If you still cannot connect to the Wireless module, please delete the device compatible with Bluetooth’s serial number of your watch from the “Keep Health” app, and uninstall and reinstall the app.

Q:What should I do if my watch can’t get message notifications?

1. Please check whether your phone is successfully connected to the watch in the app. please connect to your device compatible with Bluetooth.

2. Make sure your phone allows the Keep Health app to send notifications (go to phone settings –> find the “Keep Health” app –> turn on the “Notifications” permission, enter the “Keep Health” app, and turn on notifications.

(Note: If the bracelet needs to receive notifications, you must keep the app “notification” function open.)

3. If you still cannot connect to the Wireless module, please delete the device compatible with Bluetooth’s serial number of your watch from the “Keep Health” app, and uninstall and reinstall the app.
