Important Message:

First time use or Travel to another country, please remember to look for GPS signal outdoors at first. If the bars channel show all green and its SignalState is “Active”, the positioning will be accurate.(Main menu—GPS Viewer, usually 5-15 mins or more time)

Situations that can affect the GPS positioning:

Sometimes, when you are driving on the Motorway/viaduct, the channel is floated.
When you are driving on spiral road, you will find the GPS signal is not stable.
When you make a right/left turn to enter a road and there has parallel roads nearby (less than 50 m distance), you might find that the GPS signal get weak and may go to another road.
The guided distance may deviate from the actual distance rate.

Places having difficulties to receive GSP signals:

In tunnels
Between high buildings
Under viaducts
In trees/forests

Troubleshooting:

1. Sat Nav fall down from windscreen.

A: Please look the big picture, The sat nav is about 1.1KG which is a little heavy, so we do not recommend to install on windscreen, we always recommend to stick on dashboard, so it will be more safe when driving.

2. Do not found postcode?

A: The postcode format should be input correctly. (NOTE: If the postcode contains a space, such as “G43 1E8”, do not forget to enter a space, otherwise the search will not match.) [Menu–Navigation–Destination–Find Address–Select City/County–Enter Postcode]

3. Cannot find destination?

A: The main issue is on map do not contain the newest road information, so if happend the issue, please don’t worry, welcome go to our website to update the 9 inch maps, the problem should be resolved.

PS: If found the GPS signal is easy lost, welcome receive the GPS signal outdoors or empty place, do not recommend at home or around high building, Or welcome go to our website to update the maps, the issue maybe resolved.
