— Keep your watch and mobile phone within 0.5 metres of each other without obstructions during the connection to make Bluetooth easier to find and connect.

–For Android phones, background permission for the app to continue working is important to avoid disconnection, as the Android system may stop the app to save battery power without notifying your consent. Go to Settings–>Apps–>Activate “Autostart”, “Run in background” and disable battery optimisation for the “FitCloudPro” app.
