With 2400 W heating elements embedded into the plates, not underneath them, and an electronic thermostat to quickly sense even small movements in temperatures, this grill cooks and sears steaks with consistent high heat.

Temperature Probe

An integrated probe measures the precise temperature of your meat and electronically feeds back information to the LCD and indicates when it is time to take off to rest. Five meat settings have programmed temperatures from rare to well done.

Dishwasher Safe Removable Plates
